An offer can be “unconditional” which means the buyer agrees to all terms and price set by the seller, without any conditions. This is rare, though, as most offers have clauses that make the offer “conditional” on due diligence such as mortgage financing, a home inspection, etc. Conditions on the offer allow you to walk away from the offer if all the necessary elements are not in place.
