Fits the 'Bill' Lived and worked in the Norfolk County (Delhi, Simcoe, Tillsonburg) area for over 36 years. During this time I've acquired a lot of information about this unique area and also have had the opportunity and pleasure of meeting and getting to know many of the nice people that live in the area. Raised a family here on the North Shore of Lake Erie and enjoy this area very much and most of all enjoy spending time with my family and friends and my young grandchildren.Lucky enough to own my own home and a rental property and have a great interest in real estate, home design, layouts and home improvements which I have done a lot of. Over 36 years experience in customer service, sales & marketing, problem solving, learning, management, administration and communications.
Worked for 30 years in Advertising and Marketing for the local newspaper and magazine publishing company.
In real estate sales I have consistently performed in the top 10% and have received annual performance recognition awards for Ultimate Client Service and Sales Achievement.
Have a great interest in financial planning, investing and tax saving.
24 year member and Past President of Delhi Kinsmen Service Club.
Coached, managed and served on Executive of many community sports and service organizations.Still am able to enjoy participating in local sports like Slo-Pitch Baseball, Golf, Bowling, Tennis, Fishing and Boating. Favourite relaxation is fishing and power boating in Lake Erie's Long Point Bay, Turkey Point and Pottohawk Point.
